En RT2012, un Bbio de 60 points en zone H1 \u00e9tait courant pour une maison individuelle. En RE2020, le m\u00eame b\u00e2timent doit atteindre un Bbio d\u2019environ 40 \u00e0 45 points, ce qui impose des niveaux d\u2019isolation et de vitrage nettement sup\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n<p>La RE2020 ajoute aussi le Cep,nr (consommation en \u00e9nergie primaire non renouvelable), qui p\u00e9nalise sp\u00e9cifiquement les \u00e9nergies fossiles. En RT2012, un b\u00e2timent chauff\u00e9 au gaz avec une bonne isolation pouvait atteindre le Cep max. En RE2020, ce m\u00eame b\u00e2timent d\u00e9passe le seuil Cep,nr \u00e0 cause des \u00e9missions du gaz, m\u00eame si son Cep global reste correct. C\u2019est ce double verrouillage qui rend le gaz incompatible avec la r\u00e9glementation.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019empreinte carbone\u00a0: le changement de paradigme<\/h2>\n<p>La RT2012 ne prenait pas en compte l\u2019impact environnemental des mat\u00e9riaux. Un b\u00e2timent en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 avec fa\u00e7ade rideau aluminium pouvait \u00eatre parfaitement conforme, ind\u00e9pendamment de l\u2019empreinte carbone de sa construction. La RE2020 change cette logique en imposant des plafonds d\u2019\u00e9missions pour le <strong>cycle de vie complet<\/strong> du b\u00e2timent, de l\u2019extraction des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res \u00e0 la d\u00e9molition.<\/p>\n<p>Ce volet carbone a des cons\u00e9quences directes sur le choix des mat\u00e9riaux. Les structures \u00e0 ossature bois, dont les r\u00e8gles de construction sont d\u00e9taill\u00e9es dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.guiderenovation.net\/blog\/dtu-31-2-construction-et-isolation-des-maisons-a-ossature-bois-mob\/\">DTU 31.2 sur les maisons \u00e0 ossature bois<\/a>, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un avantage structurel dans le calcul Ic construction gr\u00e2ce au stockage de carbone biog\u00e9nique. Les b\u00e9tons bas carbone (CEM III, CEM V) gagnent \u00e9galement du terrain face aux b\u00e9tons classiques \u00e0 forte teneur en clinker.<\/p>\n<p>Les seuils Ic construction se durcissent par paliers (2022, 2025, 2028, 2031), ce qui signifie qu\u2019une solution constructive conforme aujourd\u2019hui peut devenir non conforme dans trois ans. Cette trajectoire pr\u00e9visible mais contraignante oblige les constructeurs \u00e0 anticiper sur plusieurs cycles de projets.<\/p>\n<h2>Confort d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0: de la Tic aux degr\u00e9s-heures<\/h2>\n<p>La Tic de la RT2012 \u00e9tait un indicateur statique, calcul\u00e9 sur cinq jours de canicule conventionnels. Il ne refl\u00e9tait pas la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des surchauffes v\u00e9cues par les occupants, notamment dans les logements sous combles ou les fa\u00e7ades vitr\u00e9es orient\u00e9es ouest.<\/p>\n<p>Le DH de la RE2020 est un indicateur dynamique qui simule heure par heure, sur une ann\u00e9e compl\u00e8te, les d\u00e9passements de temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du logement. Le seuil de 1\u00a0250\u00a0DH correspond environ \u00e0 25 jours de surchauffe mod\u00e9r\u00e9e, au-del\u00e0 desquels le b\u00e2timent est jug\u00e9 inconfortable. Ce crit\u00e8re impose des protections solaires ext\u00e9rieures (volets, brise-soleil), une inertie thermique suffisante et, dans certains cas, le recours \u00e0 la ventilation naturelle traversante. La climatisation reste possible mais le calcul DH est d\u2019abord effectu\u00e9 sans elle, pour garantir un confort passif minimal.<\/p>\n<h2>En pratique\u00a0: ce qui change pour le particulier qui fait construire<\/h2>\n<p>Pour un particulier qui fait construire sa maison, la RE2020 se traduit par trois \u00e9volutions concr\u00e8tes par rapport \u00e0 un projet RT2012. La premi\u00e8re est le syst\u00e8me de chauffage\u00a0: pompe \u00e0 chaleur, po\u00eale \u00e0 granul\u00e9s ou r\u00e9seau de chaleur renouvelable, mais plus de chaudi\u00e8re gaz. La deuxi\u00e8me est l\u2019enveloppe\u00a0: isolation renforc\u00e9e, triple vitrage fr\u00e9quent en zone froide, menuiseries de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure. La troisi\u00e8me est la gestion du confort d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0: protections solaires ext\u00e9rieures syst\u00e9matiques, conception bioclimatique de l\u2019orientation et des ouvertures.<\/p>\n<p>Le surco\u00fbt estim\u00e9 d\u2019une maison RE2020 par rapport \u00e0 une maison RT2012 est de l\u2019ordre de 5 \u00e0 10\u00a0% selon les \u00e9tudes du CSTB et de l\u2019ADEME. Ce surco\u00fbt est en partie compens\u00e9 par les \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie sur la dur\u00e9e de vie du b\u00e2timent, particuli\u00e8rement dans un contexte de hausse du prix des \u00e9nergies fossiles.
